Bio

Jay was born in London and later moved to Vancouver, Canada with his family, which is where his acting career began. As a child he learned to play the violin and took up acting at the age of 14. At that point, he knew that he was destined for a career in entertainment.

Jay started college as a Theatre major and he also studied Business Administration. He would later move to Dallas to pursue a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Texas. After graduating, he moved to Houston to work for Compaq, which was later acquired by Hewlett-Packard. He also worked as marketing professional for a number of other Fortune 50 companies in Texas and in California. In 2000 he moved to Los Angeles to continue his acting career.

There's a great deal from his business background that he's used to further his presence in the entertainment industry, particularly in how he markets himself. Jay maintains his professional pursuits as a working actor in Hollywood, and he is currently writing a book on marketing for actors, which is scheduled to be published later this year.

Jay is always open to new experiences and challenges. He prides himself on being an individual guided by integrity and a person who values the diversity among people's backgrounds and experiences.
