Brazilian sugar production
Brazil is known as the largest producer of sugar in all over the world. Thirty million tonnes of sugar is produced by Brazil in 2006. Other country imported sugar from Brazil every year. It exported 17.7 million tonnes of sugar that was 40% of the total sugar trade in all over the world. Thus it is a giant for sugar production in the world. There are two main regions famous for sugar production in Brazil, first one is Center-South region and another one is North-Northeast region. Raw Sugar is a product and refined sugar is found from it. Raw Sugar is consumed as a foodstuff in the most parts of the world.
